Human rights activist, Isabelle Mballa, voiced her concern, saying, “The reports of widespread atrocities in Cameroon are deeply troubling. The situation demands our immediate attention and response, as every human life and dignity must be respected and protected.”

Samira Daoud, Amnesty International’s Regional Director for West and Central Africa, states, “We urgently call for an independent, impartial investigation into these atrocities. Perpetrators, regardless of their affiliations, must be held accountable for their actions to ensure justice for the victims.”
